Let me down wouldn't spray my car
Terrible company to deal with. Car went in for repairs to be completed under insurance. Car returned with repairs incomplete and the driver also reversed the vehicle into the wall causing further damage! Accidents happen, I understand this. But nobody owned up and I had to chase them to get it sorted!Requested a 4x4 courtesy vehicle which took an age to get hold of, in the end just told them to give me anything. Again chasing them through all of this. Vehicle returned by their driver after 'repairs' were apparently complete. To my shock, the repairs caused after the driver had reversed into the wall had not been done properly. Looks as if the sanding of the panel was done by a 5 year old!Please avoid using this company based on my experience.
Did a decent job from what I can tell but took a month and a half to replace the bumper on my EV.Relied on my photo's to assess damage, ordered a bumper and I took it in. They called me two days later to say "sorry, we need to order a grill and it needs to come from Korea!". That took two weeks.They took the bumper off and called to say "sorry, we need a part behind the bumper". Korea. Two weeks.Put it back together and called to say "sorry, there's another part that needs replacing!". Korea. Two weeks!Nice people. Poor systems/procedures.They should have assessed it properly themselves before taking it in.Then they could have worked out what was wrong, ordered the parts and finished in 2 weeks.I don't think that owning a "weird car" (Kia Soul EV) is a good excuse for such poor service.Then they said that they would pay all the fuel costs for the fossil courtesy car (100+) and they sent a cheque for 50 after I chased them for another 6 weeks. That adds insult to injury. Keep your word guys!Nice, friendly people but bloody useless!
This company was excellent. They did a very good job on the body work after my recent collision and the car came back immaculate inside and out. They kept me informed about the progress of the repair. Helpful staff on the phone and in person.
This company has to be avoided as my insurance arranged this company to fix my car and guess what had to go back to the work shop because they fitted the wrong bumper and bonnet and it looked like I could have done a better job myself after showing images via email as requested two weeks later they ignored me so I rang them and told them I sent images to them and they need to repair the car properly so they took it last Tuesday and I am still waiting for my car to be returned to me almost been another week. Very dissatisfied and annoying as I need transport
